Refund policy
Return Eligibility:
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Product Condition: We understand the importance of trying the product to see if it works for you, but a significant amount of the product must remain. The product must be at least 90% full.
- Proof of Purchase: Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.
Return Process:
- Contact Us: Start by contacting us at info@untouched.earth to inform us of your return and receive return instructions.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own 2-day shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4210 S 58TH LN, PHOENIX, AZ 85043.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Refunds:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info@untouched.earth for instructions.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Clearance items
